• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation
• Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security controls
• Deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, bots, or harmful code
• Conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download Website content or form endpoints
• Use automated scripts to submit demo or contact forms
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation with the Rights Holders
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other IP of the Rights Holders or others
• Copy, mirror, or republish Website materials without written licence
• Use Website content to train or improve AI or ML systems
• Reverse engineer product interfaces, OCR descriptions, incentive logic presentations, or design systems for competitive products
• Use the Website to promote competing software through deceptive means
• Collect personal data of others through the Website without lawful authority
• Engage in any activity that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Copyright Act, 1957, or other applicable law

Demo and contact forms are for genuine business enquiries only. Abuse, spam, harassment, phishing attempts, or credential testing against our forms or mail systems is strictly forbidden.

You must not misrepresent Invexus capabilities, OCR accuracy, incentive automation outcomes, or inventory results based on marketing materials. Marketing descriptions are illustrative and may not match every deployment.

We may monitor use of the Website for security and compliance. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including blocking access, deleting submissions, preserving evidence, notifying affected parties, and cooperating with law enforcement. Solearis Softwares and Spade Technologies reserve all rights and remedies.

This AUP forms part of the Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy, Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice, and Disclaimer also apply. In case of conflict on IP enforcement, the Copyright Notice and Terms prevail to the extent needed to maximise protection of the Rights Holders.

This AUP is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
