All rights, title, and interest in the Website, Invexus branding, Solearis Suite branding, software descriptions, graphics, text, layout, and related materials are reserved strictly in favour of Solearis Softwares and Spade Technologies.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees), or the amount you paid us specifically for Website access in the three months preceding the claim (if any), whichever is lower.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to mandatory law, exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website lies with the competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. You irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens.
